I come from a Pilates teacher back ground. I always need to work a flexible schedule no matter what I do. Flexibility isn't enough when you have a family of 4 and a strong travel bug!! I also needed a business to fit my flexible schedule. This business is exactly that. So we decided to take our family with the business on a 3 month trip to Australia and South East Asia. I have to pinch myself that this is my reality now. A business that is truly flexible!!

Welcome! I'm Barrett, and I'm happy to share a little about myself, my family and my journey. I am a lifelong learner who is always striving to be the best person I can be for myself, my children, and my community. My passion is being of service to others, no matter where they are on their personal development journey. Together, we can make great things happen!
I was born and raised in Northern California, currently living in Henderson, Nevada. My path to personal development has been interesting. After graduating high school, I moved to Los Angeles to attend UCLA, where I earned a bachelor of arts in Theater Arts. I had definite ideas of where I thought I was heading. However, after graduating, and spending four years in L.A., I decided to return home to Northern California. While trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my life, I started my family.
This is me and my daughter Sylvia at the Dole Plantation in Hawaii. I love to travel and this business provides me the flexibility to do so.
Here is my son Jacob on his wedding day. It was a beautiful, bittersweet day. I am happy for them to be starting their life together.
Here is Jacob, his wife Sara, and my mom at Disney's California Adventure. We love visiting Disney parks as a family.
I have two kids - Jacob and Sylvia. I am committed to setting a great example for them and to show them that anything is possible in this life. That's my passion and my "why". It's what motivates me to do better.
The truth is, life doesn't always go as planned, but I firmly believe we always end up in the right place. My marriage fell apart when my kids were young. What that did was motivated me to pursue some goals I had set that were not previously possible. I continued my education, earning a master of science in Psychology and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership, all while continuing my personal development journey. I was slowly but surely learning who I was and more importantly, who I wanted to be. My journey is living proof that whatever your current situation is, it doesn't have to be the final destination.
We have the power to create the life we want for ourselves - we just have to want it and commit to doing whatever it takes to achieve it! What's important is how I got here, what were the 'aha' or light bulb moments, and what am I doing now to further my personal development journey.
WHAT BROUGHT ME HERE: I have had countless experiences within organizations that were unfulfilling, that left me searching for answers to my questions. Whether I felt undervalued, unfulfilled, or simply bored with what I was doing, I knew I was looking for more in my life. As I continued to develop my self-awareness, I became more determined to find a better business opportunity, something I was passionate about that would also bring me the financial freedom to be my own boss and move my life in my own direction, on my terms.
THE MOMENTS THAT CHANGED ME: Key milestones in my life have occurred through seemingly chance moments. The moment that my marriage was crumbling, I saw a banner ad for a university and made a decision to continue my education - something I had always wanted to do. A chance meeting with others in my company led me to a professional association where I grew my leadership skills and experienced exponential personal development. The key is to learn to recognize these moments as catalysts, and to take action!
